We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Conditions

If you haven’t received your order
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a full refund with no cancellation fees. -
If your order is already in transit
You may request shipment interception. If the interception is successful, a 20% order processing fee will be deducted from your refund. -
If you’ve already received your item

You must submit a return request within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The final refund amount will be based on our evaluation of the returned item.

Pet Apparel (Dog Clothing) Return Policy
Due to hygiene and fit sensitivity, pet apparel (including jackets, vests, coats, raincoats, and similar wearable items) is subject to the following additional return conditions:

Pet apparel may be returned or refunded only if it is unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, dirt, or damage, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been tried on briefly for sizing purposes may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion, as such items cannot be resold as new.

Any pet apparel that shows signs of wear, outdoor use, pet hair, stains, or odor will be considered used and is not eligible for full refund.

For fit-related issues where a return is not possible, we may offer partial refunds, store credit, or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly recommend measuring your dog carefully and contacting us before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing. Our team is always happy to help recommend the most suitable size to avoid unnecessary returns.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at service@howoll.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
