We do everything we can to ensure you get your new Howoll products as fast as possible. Typically, we will ship your order within 24-36 hours of receiving it.

When will I receive my order?

After we ship,Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. If you need your gears sooner, expedited shipping is available.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Standard shipping costs $3.99, while expedited shipping costs $6.99. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States. Shipping to other regions is in preparation, and we are working to expand our service areas.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instruction on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
