Proper Care to Double the Lifespan of Your Folding Gear

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Features:
HDPE boasts excellent physical properties, being non-toxic and odorless. It offers strong wear resistance, toughness, and insulation. It is highly heat and cold resistant, with a maximum usage temperature exceeding 212℉. Its chemical stability is also remarkable, as it is insoluble in organic solvents and resistant to corrosion from most acids, bases, and salts.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
HDPE is easy to clean and requires no additional maintenance. However, please note that under certain conditions, high temperatures may cause deformation of HDPE. Avoid frequently exposing the material to temperatures above 212℉. Additionally, minimize direct cutting, scraping, or puncturing of the material surface with sharp blades.

Oxford Fabric
Features:
With its unique weaving technique, Oxford fabric is highly durable, offering excellent abrasion and tear resistance, making it suitable for long-term use. It is moisture-resistant and provides a certain level of water resistance. The fabric resists wrinkling and will naturally recover its shape after being unfolded for a short period. It is also easy to clean, requiring only a wipe with clean water, with no need for detergent.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Oxford fabric has limited heat resistance, so avoid prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments. Do not cut the fabric directly with sharp blades. Avoid soaking the fabric in strong acids or bases; minor contact can be wiped off quickly without significant impact. For long-term storage or after getting dirty, simply wipe the fabric clean with water.

Cold-treated Forged Aluminum Alloy
Features:
One of the strongest alloys in commercial aluminum, it boasts high strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and strong corrosion and oxidation resistance.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
For general dirt, simply wipe with clean water. If there is oil or grease, alcohol or other chemical agents can be used to clean the surface without affecting the aluminum alloy. The material is resistant to wear and scratches from regular knives. Avoid piling excessive items directly onto the tubing.
